How to Shop With Us:

To add an item to your cart, click on the product you would like to purchase. First select colour and size, then click “Add to Cart”. If a message prompts up saying "Please specify the product's option(s)", be sure to select an option for both the colour and size, even if there is only one option for either.

Once an item is added, you will be taken to “My Cart” where you are able to adjust quantity, remove items, apply discount or promotional codes, and/or estimate shipping costs. Once item(s) are added to “My Cart”, you have the option to “Continue Shopping” or “Proceed to Checkout”. To place your order, select the “Proceed to Checkout” option.

“Checkout” requires 6 simple steps. First, sign in or register with Yu Fashion for an easier and quicker checkout, as well as order history and status access (or checkout as a guest). Then, billing information and shipping information is entered. After, you are able to choose your shipping options and real-time shipping quotes are provided. Next, payment information is entered (see FAQ on payment for more information). Finally, you are able to review and confirm your order before placing your purchase.

Creating an Account:

Creating an account with Yu Fashion allows you to do the following: view order status, access complete order history, store your information for quick and easy checkout process, add items to your wishlist, keep up to date with the latest at Yu with our monthly emails!

Order Status:

Register with Yu Fashion for complete order history and order status. When logged in to your account, you are able to click on “My Orders” to view the status of all orders.

Order Confirmation:

Confirmation of your order can take up to 24 hours. Once confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation and a shipping notification. If your item is not in stock, we will alert you via email within 24 hours. Did not receive an email? Please check your spam inbox. Be sure to add our email, customerservice@shopyufashion.com, to your contact list to ensure you receive important information about your order!

Payment:

All payments are processed through PayPal. We accept any payment method offered by Paypal. All transactions are secured by SSL software which encrypts all information entered to protect from outside party interception. At Yu Fashion, we are committed to customer safety and security and protection from fraud. Please contact customer service with any concerns about payment security.

Shipping:

Yu Fashion is happy to offer free shipping to orders over $150 CAD. When the subtotal is $150 or more, you will be prompted with a free shipping option. Orders under $150 will be given shipping options plus an alternate free in-store pickup option. Please see Shipping Information for more details.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are only valid in-store at this time. Store credit received from an online purchase is only valid online and vice versa.

Sale Items:

Items on sale cannot be further discounted unless otherwise stated.

Giving a Gift?

Gift receipts are available for all purchases, simply contact customer service after your order is placed. We also offer complimentary gift boxes, which can be added to your purchase by contacting customer service. For both options, please reference your order number and specify which items a gift receipt is needed for when contacting us.
