As we are a small boutique, we offer exchanges and credit on merchandise at the moment. Please read the following important Return Policy:
- Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in store, nor can products purchased in store be returned or exchanged online
- Yu Fashion has the right to decline a return or exchange should it not fulfill the following criteria:
- It is the responsibility of the customer to first email firstname.lastname@example.org in order for a return or exchange to take place. No exceptions
- Returns must be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the merchandise and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Please include a copy of your invoice with returned merchandise. Items are returned for credit, sorry, no refunds. The credit will be credited on the customer account used in the original transaction
- We offer credit on merchandise that is in original condition and unworn, unwashed, or unaltered in any way and with original tags attached
- Unworn footwear must be in its original condition with original tags attached and in its original shoe box packaging
- Sale items or regular priced items discounted with a promo code are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
- Undergarments and jewellery are a final sale. No returns or exchanges.
For exchanges, we suggest a return of the original item (see Return Policy above) and place a second order for a new item with the refunded credit
At the moment, we do not accept returns or exchanges on all items shipped to the United States of America.
