Return Policy

ORDERS WITHIN CANADA

We offer exchanges and store credit on full priced merchandise.

To start a return or exchange please contact us via email, support@shopyufashion.com. All return and exchange inquires must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

We offer store credit on merchandise that is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way with original tags attached. Footwear must be in its original condition with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. 

Items must be shipped within 2 business days of the inquiry. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All sale items, discounted items, undergarments, and jewelry are final sale. Absolutely no returns or exchanges.

Please note, all "In-Store Pickup" orders that do not get picked up within 14 days of the fulfillment date will be considered final sale. Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At the moment, we do not accept returns or exchanges on all items shipped internationally.

All orders sent outside of Canada are final sale.
