SILK LAUNDRY

Silk Laundry is an Australia-based fashion brand founded in 2015 by Canadian Katie Kolodinski. 

Inspired by the slip dresses Katie wore throughout the 1990s, she designed the now-iconic 90s Slip Dress using 100% silk, laying the foundation for a brand recognized globally for its refined silhouettes, natural fibres and enduring approach to dressing.
Katie's design philosophy is grounded in creating fewer, better pieces. She believes clothing should be lived in, repaired, treasured and worn for years rather than seasons. This commitment to longevity informs every aspect of the brand, from fabric selection and material innovation to production methods and product development.
